Gareth McCaughey started his career as a pastry chef, so it’s no surprise to find that the Muddlers Club desserts are a highlight but try the unfussy Antrim beef with carrot, short rib and bone marrow – perfectly cooked and his sauce is delicious.
The Muddlers Club restaurant, named after a 200-year-old secret society, is located in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast.
